Wonderful

Everything about this place is top rate, the staff, the gym , the rooms & the location. The buffet breakfast is the best in Padang. It's my go to accom whenever I stay in Padang. The manager Irfan is amazing , such a great asset to the hotel.

On my last stay the family in the room above were very noisy at night with children running back & forth which was quite annoying. Fortunately the staff asked them to settle down so others were not inconvenienced.

Cleanliness and great location. It's near, about 10 minute drive, to culinary center.

Everything is fine in general. Some ornamental or historical photos on the wall would make it more beautiful.

Probably the best modern hotel in Padang for this price

The hotel was modern (and this is quite rare to find in Padang) - I believe this is the best hotel in terms of price - we paid 650k/ night for a double bed room. When browsing hotel prices on these travel apps, use incognito mode so the apps don’t track you nor increase the price! Also, nice outdoor swimming pool.

- The minibar took overnight to cool down so we had to wait a night to drink cold water. - the pool was nice but I wish they had a jacuzzi too

Location was nice. On the top floor there is a restaurant with live music and good view.

The command of English could be better at the reception but it is normal for Sumatra.

Very Good

I loved that you could smoke in the 15th floor restaurant.

I would have liked more western options for breakfast such as yogurt and muesli and maybe some bacon for the egg options. Anyway, the toast, jam, fruit and coffee did suffice.

The location in the heart of padang city.

Our room in the backside of building, in the backside they develop new tower for hotel develompment. At morning the construction a bit noise.

Great stay for family.

staff was so professional and friendly. there were luggage trolley room space was big room was clean and sparkle i am having attached room that can connect me with my kids.

there is less security with the door as my little kids can open the door from inside. toilet also dont have any lock as my kids can enter it anytime they want eventhough there is someone inside.

The room is too small for non budget hotel as it’s not worth the money. They dont have one big bed for superior room. The elevator is so sloww for only 4 level. The breakfast space is too crowded.

they have several rooms at the 5th floor with only vertical opening curtains, meaning when you open them, everybody in opposite rooms can see you inside your room 11 nonsense; I had to ask to change room to get a "normal" room with normal curtains....otherwise the hotel is ok, temperature in gym too hot, no swimming pool

Good location Clean and comfy

Because peak season, hotels didn’t properly to serve breakfast for all guest.. And no many varian.. I think i booked for deluxe and for two people but on the bedroom all facilities for bath only for one guest such as slipper, toothbrush etc.. And i paid for 2 deluxe and 1 superior but for deluxe with 1.2m/nite less facilities than room with i paid for superior 1.1m/nite exp. minibar.

Nice Hote, Comfortable Stay, Reasonable Rates.

Hotel was located near a few eating places. Near (walking distance) to the only mamak place in Padang where roti canai/roti telur/murtabak with lamb curries are served. Rooms are nice and comfortable. We were on the 8th floor, so the view of the surrounding village was nice.

The breakfast buffet, on the second day of our stay was too crowded since there was a large group of government officers attending a meeting at the hotel. We had to wait for about an hour before we could get a table. The dining room was not that large.

beds are hard and not too comfortable Sometimes 2/3times a day it smells horribly like smoking from the AC, as there are Smoking rooms I assume that the AC-System is poorly designed and brings air from Smoking rooms to the non Smoking rooms.... disgusting for a non smoking guest

Our room was great with a very comfortable bed, nice view...

Our room was great with a very comfortable bed, nice view and good water pressure in the shower. The front desk happily arranged taxis for us upon request.

The hotel played repetitive music in the hallway right outside our seventh floor room, 24/7. It was so loud that it kept me up at night. We stayed at the Grand Zuri over a busy holiday when the hotel was booked to capacity. The dining room did not cope too well with the influx for breakfast service. Upon arrival there were no free table and no one to guide us where to go. When one finally opened up, we had to clear it ourselves and it was left covered in sticky patches and not set for our meal.

Minimal conditions but neat

They provide breakfast as usual during Ramadan. The room is minimal conditions but neat and enough for me.

Check-in needed time because of just one staff taking care. The first room offered was connecting room, so changed it because of safety.
